Workshops

Dr Britt combines her clinical experience and training as a doctor specialising in Mental health with Ancestral wisdom and Indigenous knowledge to create a holistic, safe, open, unbiased and validating space for others.

Her workshops are designed to educate, equip and enable larger groups and communities to elevate their wellbeing, maximise confidence and expand purpose through talanoa (conversation), guided activities, and development of practical tools that can be easily utilised and shared with others outside of the workshop space.

Currently, Dr Britt has three workshop options available. Each individual workshop is a half day, however if combined, the entire series can be delivered in one day. They can also be further tailored or adjusted as needed.

Recognition & Reflection

This workshop is a foundational series for developing skills of self-awareness and self-efficacy by recognising the interconnectedness of our mind, body, emotions, behaviours, and environment.

Skills and tools to enhance these are developed which further maximise confidence related to wellbeing and self.

Purpose & Alignment

This workshop is designed to identify our strengths, values, passions and joys and how these impact on our present and future selves as well as community.

Daily routines and rituals are also reviewed and developed in an open and non-judgemental space to ensure our present trajectory is in alignment with our
future goals.

Connection & Relationships

This workshop analyses our relationships and how we interact and engage with others across multiple sectors including within the workplace, at home, with friends,
family and colleagues etc.

Discussions are facilitated and skills and tools developed regarding effective communication and appropriate boundaries to ensure wellbeing is upheld in all spaces.
