Alignment and Purpose Workshop for Wāhine

This workshop utilises talanoa within independent and group activities to create connection and guide a deeper understanding of our own purpose. During this workshop, we will create space and cultivate movements towards a life that aligns with this purpose, whilst honouring our values, exploring our passions and fulfilling all of our dreams.

 

Hosted by Dr Britt; a Samoan, Cook Island registered doctor currently specialising in mental health and navigating ancestral and indigenous wisdom, to help elevated collective wellbeing. She is also informed by her lived experience with depression, anxiety and burnout as well as her experience as a sister, daughter, granddaughter, friend and future ancestor. 

 

The $55 ticket includes registration to the 2-hour event as well as an Alignment Journal specific to the workshop, and a deck of Affirmations for Bad B!tches (your choice of colour). The total value exceeds $150 (girl maths says you’re basically being paid to attend 🤪)
